Bee or Wasp?

Help me identify this insect. Is it a bee or a wasp?
If it’s a wasp, I’m going to kill the lot of them.. if it’s a bee then I know someone who can relocate it for me. I hate wasps!

May be a yellowjacket (stinger stays attached, like a wasp).

It is a yellojacket so stay clear from them! There may be aun underground nest near you!

I killed the entire nest with a wasp bomb one night. Did the trick.
